Our Mission and Vision

The vision and mission of Trinity Baptist is to help CONNECT people to Christ, to help them GROW in their faith, and to lead them to SERVE our community, city, nation and world.

We are so grateful that you are here!  It is our desire to meet you, minister to you and to show you the love of Christ.

May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.  Ephesians 3:19

It has always been about Jesus Christ

We are not saved by our good deeds, nor do we have the ability to earn our way into Heaven.  We are saved by the gracious act of Jesus giving himself up to die on a cross, resurrecting from the dead on the third day, and establishing His power and victory over sin.

Love isn’t simply an emotion, it’s and action first.  All of us want to belong, feel accepted, and significant.  If we truly understand the love and grace of Jesus, we will love ALL people and show them that there is no greater acceptance, sense of belonging, and significance than through the love of Jesus.

Our Beliefs & Values

We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God and contains no errors. It is the sole rule of our faith in Jesus Christ. For this reason, we embrace a literal interpretation of biblical accounts, such as the fall of Adam and Eve, the Flood, Jonah, Samson, Abraham and most importantly the perfect life of Jesus Christ, His death on the cross and His resurrection on the third day.

We believe in one God Who eternally exists in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, became flesh in order to reveal God to man.

We believe man was created in the image of God to fellowship with Him, but sinned against God, becoming spiritually dead and separated from God in that relationship.  Apart from the initiation of God, mankind is incapable of coming back to a right relationship with God.

We believe the shed blood of Christ on the Cross is God's sole provision for the forgiveness of sins.  All who place their faith and trust in Christ's substitutionary death and resurrection will receive a salvation that cannot be lost.

"He said He would die – He did.  He said He would be lifted up in death – He was.  He said He would rise – He did.  He said He would send the Holy Spirit – He did.  He said He would give supernatural life – He did.  He said His disciples would be persecuted – they were

Pretending to be something that you are not… you have enslaved yourself to foolishness when Christ has said, “I have come to set you free.”  God does His best work life on life where you can be fully known and not hide."
